To determine your Assessment Fee(s), feel free to use (cursor over) the Assessment Fee Formula to the right for a breakdown of each category and related fee. Use the calculator below to add and/or multiply the respective fees for a total payment. You will have three options for payment of your assessment fee.
Option 1: U.S. Mail

Option 2: PayPal Members
If you wish to use PayPal to pay registration fees or memory book ad money, please follow Steps 1-5:
- Step 1: Log into PayPal Account
- Step 2: Select Send & Request
- Step 3: Select Send Money to Friends & Family
- Step 4: Enter Email Address – masonpatton16@aol.com
- Step 5: Select Send Money Now.
Please note, an Assessment Fee Formula and Calculator are provided to help determine your total registration fee due, based on the number of people you are registering.
Fee Note: PayPal does not charge a fee for members sending payment (s) from a checking account; however, PayPal does charge a fee for credit card payments and the rate is 2.9% + .30 (i.e. Adult Registration: $140 x 2.9% = $144.06 + .30 = $144.36.
